Copper Rose Zambia Shines on the Global Stage at ICFP 2025

Copper Rose Zambia (CRZ) successfully participated in the world’s largest convening on family planning and reproductive health at the International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP 2025). Over the two-day event, CRZ shared crucial evidence, innovative youth-led approaches, and strategic insights that are actively shaping the future of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) across Africa.

Our representation at ICFP 2025 was a powerful testament to the impact of youth-led movements and our continuous commitment to driving change from the community level to global policy discussions. We were proudly represented by our Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Natasha Salifyanji Kaoma, who led the organization’s representation, alongside Rhoda Msiska, Senior Program Officer, and also a 2024 AVAC Fellow.

Our team engaged in six high-level sessions, covering critical themes including youth leadership, SRHR integration, policy advocacy, innovation, and partnership building.
We successfully collaborated, learned from global peers, and strongly positioned young people at the heart of the global family planning agenda. Thank you for following our journey throughout the conference!
