Overview
The CCF is a six-month program designed to enhance students’ professional development and drive social impact through a hands-on capacity-building approach. This fellowship focuses on three key themes: professional development, leadership and mentorship, and community engagement.
The CCF is vital for personal growth and equips students for future careers as responsible, socially engaged citizens. By enhancing their skills, CRZ empowers fellows to pursue employment opportunities that align with their aspirations and vision. Throughout the program, fellows actively engage in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of various CRZ initiatives, including peer learning sessions, training workshops, mentoring peers, and participating in signature events.
During their fellowship, participants will network, share experiences, and learn from a diverse range of CRZ stakeholders and partners. Upon successful completion, fellows receive a certificate of service, recognizing their contributions and achievements.
