USAID Zambia Integrated Health (ZIH)

Donor: USAID

Overview

The USAID Zambia Integrated HIV and Health (USAID ZIH) project is dedicated to improving health outcomes in Zambia by delivering integrated, high-quality health services. Focused on reducing mortality, morbidity, and HIV transmission, the project targets communities in the North-Western, Copperbelt, and Central Provinces.

Led by Pact, USAID ZIH collaborates with local organisations like CIDRZ, Circle of Hope, Copper Rose Zambia, and the Zambia Network of Young People Living with HIV, supported by regional and global partners Mothers2Mothers and Viamo. CRZ plays a key role in raising awareness and demand for HIV self-testing and integrated healthcare among adolescents and young people through educational materials, community outreach, school programs, digital engagement, and advocacy efforts.
